PlanHub

PlanHub is the architecture office platform, and the app is its mobile part, the same on Android and iPhone. MAP Search for any plot by cadastral number, address or coordinates and see the plots and buildings in the cadastre on the map. The plot sheet shows you the area, locality and land analysis: the area in the urban plan, the restrictions that apply and whether the land is in the built-up area. From the sheet, you can directly start a project on the chosen plot. SIGNATURE The qualified electronic signature requires the physical token, which remains on the computer at the office. From your phone, you approve what is being signed: see the documents waiting for you, each with your name and fingerprint, and approve them one by one or all at once. After approval, you follow the document on the screen until it is signed, and if something stops it, the app tells you why and what you have to do. For each document to be signed, you receive a single notification. The approval key is created in the phone hardware, upon activation. It never leaves your phone and cannot be used without your fingerprint, face or screen code. Only the document name, your fingerprint and your signed approval pass through the phone: the app does not open or store documents. PROJECTS Office work, grouped by stage, with each one's progress and search. From the project, you issue the invoice to the client. MONEY Bank payments for which the supplier invoice is still missing, month by month. You take a photo of the invoice received, directly from the field, and attach it to the payment. You also issue invoices from here. The app requires a PlanHub account, created by your office. You just log in with your address and password: the app finds the office space on its own. When a new version is available, it notifies you.
