About

This is a time clock app that records your attendance in a Google Sheets spreadsheet simply by tapping to clock in, clock out, and take breaks on your smartphone. The official attendance sheet is your (or your company's) spreadsheet. The app is "a tool for recording accurately and quickly." [How to Use] 1. Log in to Google using the app. 2. Create an attendance sheet using "Create a new one from a template," or paste the URL of a spreadsheet provided by your company and select it in Google's file selection. 3. Select the closing date and break rules, and you're ready. All you have to do is tap to clock in. [Main Features] ・One-tap clock-in: Clock in, clock out, break (none/30-120 minutes) ・Monthly summary: Automatically tally actual work hours, overtime, late-night hours, and corrections for each closing period. ・Edit later: Forget to clock in or make a mistake by "adding" or "editing" from the screen. The value before correction will remain in the sheet as a correction history. * Breaks in accordance with labor standards law: You cannot select breaks shorter than the legally mandated amount for your working hours, and if there are insufficient breaks at the end of your shift, it will be automatically corrected (you can also select "No restrictions" in the settings). * Notification of clock-in errors: You will be notified via the sheet and the app if you work more than 20 hours, etc. * Location information recording (optional): The location where you clocked in will be recorded in the spreadsheet only when enabled in the settings. [Data Handling] All attendance data is saved only in your Google Sheets. The app provider does not own a server and does not receive attendance data or personal information. The app can only read and write to the spreadsheet you created with this app and the spreadsheet you selected in the file selection (it does not access other files in Google Drive). [Note] * A Google account is required to use this service.Read more
