Meeqot

Meeqot is your travel companion app for Umrah and Hajj. One app for three roles: pilgrims, accompanying staff, and family at home. Meeqot is shared with Umrah and Hajj travel agencies that use Meeqot services. An account is created by your travel agency—open the link or scan the QR code sent by the travel agency, and the app opens immediately to your travel agency and your role. FOR PILGRIMS • Departure schedule, daily rundown, and manasik agenda • Step-by-step manasik guide, practice log, and digital prayer beads • Travel documents: upload and track their completeness • Travel invoices and installments, complete with payment status • Location of the group and accompanying staff during the Holy Land • Emergency (SOS) button that immediately notifies staff • Chat with the group and staff • Invite family to join your trip FOR OFFICERS (tour leaders, muthawwif, accompanying doctor) • Attendance of pilgrims by scanning the QR code on their pilgrim cards • Map of group member locations and handling emergency requests • Health records, incident reports, and daily group reports • Announcements for the accompanied group FOR FAMILIES • Follow your family's pilgrimage journey from home • View the pilgrims' location — only if the pilgrims allow it • Send prayers for them Congregation PRIVATION Location is only used when you turn on location sharing or press the emergency button, is not captured in the background, and is automatically deleted after 30 days. Each travel agency can only see its own congregant data. Full privacy policy: https://meeqot.id/privacy Meeqot is managed by Awan Data Indonesia.
