Forta

Forta is the work tool for the Danish IT company: customer card, cash register, SMS and telephony all in one place — and in your pocket when you are out at the customer's. The app is for companies that already use Forta. You log in with your work account. WHAT YOU USE IT FOR • Customer card in your hand Master data, open cases, invoices, orders, subscriptions and all correspondence — all together, so you can see what happened last before you knock on the door. • Call and write with one touch Call the customer or send an SMS directly from the customer card. Templates automatically fill in the name, order number and agreed time. • Cash register in the store Accept payment, create the sale and book it immediately. The receipt is sent to the customer without anyone having to remember it afterwards. • Scan with the camera Read barcodes on goods and equipment directly in the app — without a separate scanner. • Notification when it happens Get notified of incoming calls, new tasks and events that require your attention. You don't need to have the app open. • The case from start to finish Timeline, checklist, pictures and the customer's signature — so the case is completed before you move on. WORKS WITH WHAT YOU ALREADY HAVE Forta talks to E-conomic, so invoices, subscriptions and accounting are included without double entry. Telephony via Flexfone provides call history on the customer card, and SMS is sent through a Danish provider with your own sender name. REQUIRES AN ACCOUNT Forta is a work tool and not an app that you can use without further ado. You need to have an account with a company that uses Forta.
