Teciforp Encargado

Teciforp Site Manager is the work application for site managers at Teciforp SL. It is for internal use: to log in, you need the employee account provided by the company. Accounts cannot be created from within the application. What you can do: • On-site work: Upon arriving at a site, the application searches for nearby sites and registers your arrival; during your visit, it records the actions you take. • Requests: Review requests for materials, tools, and drivers for your sites and approve or reject them. Order lines display the icon, unit, and cut measurement. • Purchase orders: Prepare purchase orders, check their status and the PDF, and register the delivery. • Sites and team: View your sites, who is at each one, clock-ins, and team assignments. • Tasks: Create tasks for your team (also by voice or with a photo), track their status, and review them. • Driver tasks: Request pickups and deliveries by marking the points on the map. • Warehouse: Inventory count using a barcode scanner, voice command, or photo. • Chat: Group chats for each project and team conversations, with voice messages, photos, documents, location sharing, and order and task cards. Messages can be translated. • Alerts: Notifications of requests, tasks, and messages. • My Time: Your on-site sessions. Permissions: Location (only when entering a project or when sharing your location in the chat), camera (photos and barcode scanner), microphone (voice messages and dictation), and notifications. You can protect the app with a fingerprint or screen lock. The app is ad-free and has no in-app purchases. Privacy Policy: https://teciforp.eu/encargado-privacy.html Contact: lztknd@gmail.com
