Shift Pilot is an app for creating store shift schedules. It eliminates the need to manually copy attendance requests received via LINE into a table, all within your smartphone. ■ A store contract is required to use this app. Staff members should log in using the "invitation code" and "PIN" provided by the store. You cannot create a new account within the app. ■ What staff can do: - Select available days and times to submit requests (you can submit again using "Same as last time") - Submit days you are unsure of your availability as "Undecided" - Check your published shift and the people working on those days - Display confirmed shifts on your smartphone calendar (you can choose whether to include the store name in the event name) - Check your sales (if used by the store) ■ What store managers can do: - Easily see who has submitted requests and who hasn't yet - As the deadline approaches, notify only those who haven't submitted requests via the app - View all requests in a list. The number of people available each day is also counted. - Automatically creates a draft shift schedule based on collected requests. Simply edit the parts you want to change and "publish." - Records absences, tardiness, and early departures for the day. - Up to two manager accounts per store. Floor staff can be given "view-only" permissions. ■ Tailored to Various Stores - Even if the store operates past midnight, it is treated as the same business day. - You can set time slots such as early shift, late shift, and all-night shifts to suit your store. - Staff working at multiple affiliated stores can switch between stores using the same app. ■ We Don't Collect Too Much Staff Information Only the name used at the store is registered.
