TIMBERplus Log Stocktake 2

TP Log Stocktake 2 is the mobile stocktaking companion for TIMBERplus. Walk your yard or warehouse, scan each log or flitch, and confirm it against your stock list. No paper lists, no re-keying. HOW IT WORKS 1. Download your stocktake data from your TIMBERplus service. 2. Pick the place you are counting. 3. Scan the barcode on each log or flitch, or type the number in. 4. Confirm the item. The app checks it against your data and records the result. 5. Sync your results back to TIMBERplus when you're done. KEY FEATURES • Fast barcode scanning with your device camera, so you can move quickly through stock. • Logs and flitches. Stocktake either type, with species, length, diameter and volume shown for each item. • Place-based counting. Choose a yard, stack or location and see only the stock that belongs there. • Smart search. Find an item by number using two finder fields plus a free-text search. • Clear on-screen status, so you can see straight away whether an item was found, already counted, or needs attention. • Audio feedback. Distinct sounds tell you when a scan is confirmed, rejected or needs a second look, so you can keep your eyes on the timber. • Works offline. Stocktake in areas with poor signal, then sync when you're back online. • Filter lists of places, logs and flitches to jump straight to what you need. • Optional "Add dash to scan" setting to match your barcode format. • Multiple languages. Choose the app language that suits your team. • Simple settings. Set your service URL, switch online mode on or off, and reset local data when a count is finished. BUILT FOR TIMBER Timber isn't like ordinary stock. Logs and flitches are counted individually, measured in length, diameter and volume, and identified by species.
