SelfDent

SelfDent Mobile is a mobile application designed for staff of dental clinics using the SelfDent clinic management system. It allows you to track your clinic's appointments, daily patients, and patient history from your phone. To use the application, your clinic needs a SelfDent account. User accounts are created in the SelfDent web panel; accounts cannot be created within the application. You use your company code, email, and password to log in. Appointments • View appointments for your chosen day; switch to the previous or next day, select a date from the calendar, or return to the current day with a single touch. • Filter the list by doctor if there are multiple doctors. • Each appointment includes the time, patient name, doctor, institution, phone number, and status information (Arrived, Absent, Online, appointment type). • Call the patient from the appointment details (your phone's call screen will open), edit the appointment, or delete it with confirmation. • Hours closed with "Day Closing" in the web panel are only displayed in the application. New Appointment • Select the date and doctor, see the hours for that day on a single screen. • Only available hours can be selected; Status and patient name are visible during peak hours. • Name, surname, phone number, and institution (if defined in the clinic) are mandatory; Turkish Republic ID number (with validity check), email, appointment type, and description can be added; appointments can be marked as online consultations. • You can update the time and information of a registered appointment. Today's Patients • List patient arrivals for the selected day with examination status (Examined / Pending), doctor, institution, department, and protocol number. • Filter by doctor if you have the authority and multiple doctors are defined; open a patient's history by touching a patient. Patients and Patient History • Search for patients by name, surname, Turkish Republic ID number, passport number, or protocol number. • Patient history includes identification information, date of birth, age, and gender along with the visit history. • Diagnoses are displayed with date, doctor, specialty, clinic records, and codes for each visit. • Patient cards cannot be edited in the application; they are only displayed. Notifications • See notifications from your clinic in a single list; • Unread notifications are highlighted and a number badge is displayed in the tab. • Mark all as read with a single touch. • Receive push notifications in your phone's notification area. • Turn push notifications on and off from Notification Settings, view system permission status, and send yourself a test notification. Session and Privacy • All communication between the application and the server is encrypted with HTTPS. • Session information is stored in the device's encrypted storage; your password is not saved on the device. • Patient and appointment information is not saved on the device; it is only retrieved from the server when viewed. • When you log out, the session is deleted from the device and notifications are stopped from being sent to this device. • There are no ads or in-app purchases in the application; no advertising ID is used.
