About

Yes, we dedicate many hours to our work and what happens there affects our mood and our general health. The World Health Organization (WHO) recognizes that depression is the leading cause of sick leave. This has led to research in the prevention of mental health problems. And as a result, e-pD-WORK has been created, an innovative multiplatform application -which you can use from your mobile, computer or tablet- that will offer you tools to reduce stress and make your day-to-day easier. Ultimately, you will have tools that you can use when and where you want to help you feel better. e-pD-WORK aims to prevent depression in workers through two different prevention programs. This project is part of the Research Network on Preventive Activities and Health Promotion (redlAPP-RD 16/0007/0010). In a first phase, e-pD-WORK will be used by more than 3,000 workers throughout Spain who will be able to improve their quality of life by participating in this research study.
