Figital

Figital is the app for people training with a coach on the Figital platform. Your coach builds your programme on figital.gr and you carry it in your pocket: exercises, sets, reps, videos and notes. WHAT YOU CAN DO • See your current programme, day by day • Open any exercise with its demonstration video and execution notes • Log weight, reps and effort for every set, as you train • Finish the workout and send your coach feedback • Browse your history and every previous programme • Follow your measurements and your progress across re-assessments • Confirm your assessment: goals, history, any restrictions • Reach your coach in one tap AN ACCOUNT IS REQUIRED The app is for people already training with a coach who uses Figital. Your coach creates your account — there is no sign-up inside the app. Available in Greek and English.
