Servi helps you find a home service professional near you, book them at a fixed price upon request, and then track the service until completion. FIND A PROFESSIONAL Cleaning and ironing, gardening, plumbing, electrical work, DIY, tutoring, beauty treatments, coaching: browse services by category or search directly for what you need. The map shows professionals near your address. Each profile details the services offered and the hourly rate, the service area, the professional's qualifications, and customer reviews. BOOK IN A FEW STEPS Choose the day, time, and duration, then the service address: your saved addresses will be suggested. The price is calculated by multiplying the chosen duration by the professional's hourly rate. It is calculated by our servers at the time of the request and then locked in: it will not change until payment is received. The request is non-binding. It is confirmed when the professional accepts it. TRACK YOUR ASSIGNMENT Request sent, accepted, en route, on-site, service in progress, completed: each step is displayed with its time in the booking tracking, and you receive a notification. Messages with the service provider remain linked to the booking. At the end, photos of the work and the signature confirming completion of the assignment are attached to the booking. PAY AFTER CONFIRMATION You pay for the service once the booking is confirmed by the service provider. Card payments are processed by Stripe: Servi never has access to your bank details. Servi does not charge clients any service fees. After the assignment, you can leave a review and, if you wish, a tip, which goes entirely to the service provider. CONVENIENT • The appointment is added to your calendar, and the service provider to your contacts. • Services eligible for the personal services tax credit are indicated, with a page explaining the conditions. WHAT SERVI DOESN'T DO • No contact outside the app for chatting or payment. • No price changes between the request and the service. • No conversations outside the booking thread. YOUR DATA Your data is hosted in the European Union, and each user only has access to their own information. The app contains no advertising trackers. Are you a professional?
