About
Cover It finds the faces in your photos and videos and blurs them for you. No sign-up, and everything happens on this phone. ■ Automatic face blur for photos Open a photo and Cover It finds every face for you. One tap and the faces are pixelated or hidden under a mosaic, so you can share group shots, school events and street photos without showing people who did not agree to be posted. ■ Face blur that follows video In video the blur follows each face as it moves, frame by frame. You do not have to draw a box on every frame — pick the video, tap once, and the moving faces stay covered from start to finish. Blur video clips of kids, crowds or passers-by before you post them. ■ License plates, too Cover It can also find car license plates and hide them in photos and videos. Handy for dashcam clips, parking photos and anything you sell online. ■ Hide anything by hand Missed a spot? Drop a cover on it yourself and resize it with your fingers. Censor a name tag, a house number, a screen or a document. In video you can make a cover follow something that isn't a face, too, like a sign or a car. ■ Hide the background instead Want the person to stay and everything else to go? Cover It finds the people and softens the background behind them. ■ Mosaic, blur and pixelate styles Choose a hard-edged mosaic, a dot or line pixelate pattern, a soft, frosted glass or streak blur. Change the mosaic size and strength until it looks right. You can also erase a cover you placed by mistake. ■ Stickers, characters and text Not every cover has to look serious. Hide faces with character stickers, emoji, googly eyes, pixel shades, a black eye bar or your own text. ■ Voice changer for video Hide a voice as well as a face. Make the voice in your video sound like helium or a chipmunk before you share it. ■ Hide many at once Pick several photos or videos and hide the faces in all of them in one go, instead of editing them one by one. ■ The original stays sharp Outside the covered area the original quality is kept, and video keeps its sound. Your edit is saved as a new copy, so the original photo or video is never changed. ■ Private by design Faces are found on the phone itself. Your photos and videos are not uploaded anywhere, and you do not need an account. ■ When people use Cover It Posting a class photo where other children appear. Sharing a video from a concert or a street. Covering faces in a community post. Hiding a license plate before selling a car. Censoring a screenshot before sending it to a friend. Whatever the reason, blur a photo or blur a video in a few seconds and keep everyone's privacy.Read more
