ArtiMano brings together your quotes, invoices, clients, and projects in a single application, designed for both on-site work and office use. Information entered once is used everywhere: the client record populates the quote, the invoice, and the project details. PLAN YOUR DAY • The "Today" dashboard: what has been paid this month, what is still outstanding, pending quotes, and ongoing projects. The weekly schedule, in calendar, list, or Gantt chart format. Time tracking, with your location if you choose to display it. ACCURATE QUOTATIONS • Line-by-line quotes: quantities, unit prices excluding VAT, and VAT rates; the total including VAT is automatically calculated. Voice dictation to prepare a quote or memo without typing. Track each quote: draft, sent, accepted. GET PAID • Invoices generated from your quotes, marked as paid when payment arrives. Overdue invoices and reminders, visible at a glance. TRACK YOUR PROJECTS • Progress, budget, and address for each project. Before and after project photos, neatly organized. Directions to the project in Google Maps or Waze. WORK AS A TEAM • A worker portal: your employees and subcontractors join your company with an invitation code. They can view their projects and tasks and log their hours, without access to amounts or your clients' contact information. ALSO • Import clients from your phone contacts. Inventory and stock management with a barcode scanner. A document scanner that reads text directly from your phone. • Expenses, VAT, and charges, to keep a close eye on your accounting. • A directory of RGE-certified tradespeople and businesses near you. • A light or dark theme, and your choice of accent color. YOUR DATA Your database is hosted in Paris. Exporting and deleting your account is done from the settings. No advertising, no data resale, no audience measurement tools. WHAT ARTIMANO DOESN'T YET OFFER • No online invoice payment. • No electronic invoice sending via an approved platform: this feature is under development.
