Vecto

Vecto is a simplified fleet tracking and vehicle management application designed for business owners and fleet managers. Monitor your vehicles, driver assignments, daily distance, and expenses in real-time—all from a single dashboard. Key Features: Owner Dashboard: Get a clear overview of your operations. Track active vehicles on the road, available drivers, total daily distance (km), and pending expense approvals. Live Location Monitoring: View vehicle positions, active routes, and driver details on a map to keep track of your fleet's progress throughout the day. Trip Verification: Ensure authentic trip logging. Drivers start trips by providing a selfie, an opening odometer photo, and location verification. Closing odometer photos are captured to record exact daily distance. Expense & Bill Approvals: Drivers submit photos of fuel, toll, maintenance, and operational receipts. Review and approve or reject submissions, keeping precise cost records per vehicle. Easy Driver Onboarding: Add drivers using their mobile number. Drivers log in seamlessly via OTP without requiring account setup fees or individual subscription payments. Vecto brings transparency to fleet operations, helping owners manage trips and control expenses efficiently.
