BIOS HRMS

BIOS HRMS is the employee app for your workday. Punch in, apply for leave, check your payslip and clear approvals — all from your phone. ATTENDANCE Punch in and out with a face scan, from your office geofence or from the field. Track breaks, send a manual punch request if you forget, and see your full month — present, late, half-day, leave and LOP — in one calendar. LEAVE AND WFH Check your leave balance, apply for single-day, half-day or multi-day leave, and raise work-from-home requests. Follow each application through every approval step. PAYROLL View and download monthly payslips as PDF, with a full earnings and deductions breakdown. Find your PF and ESI details, contributions and Form 16, and upload investment proofs for HR. WORK REPORTS Log what you worked on each day, break it into tasks with hours, save a draft and submit before you sign off. REIMBURSEMENTS AND ASSETS File expense claims with receipt photos. See the company kit issued to you and request new equipment from IT. FOR MANAGERS Approve or reject leave, WFH, reimbursement and punch requests. See today's team roster and open any reportee's monthly muster roll and punch times. YOUR PROFILE Digital employee ID card, personal and job details, document locker, company directory, and birthday and work anniversary wishes. File a resignation when the time comes, or raise a confidential POSH complaint. Sign in with Face ID or fingerprint, and get push notifications for approvals, payslips and announcements. Sign up with your work email — your HR team links the account to your employee record. From hire to retire, your HR in one app.
