OraPV records your board meetings and delivers the minutes to you by email. Place your phone on the table, tap Start, and conduct your meeting. The app continues recording even when the screen is locked, throughout the entire session—a persistent notification reminds you that it's working. When you're finished, tap Finish: the audio is sent to our servers, the transcription and minutes are generated automatically, and you receive the link by email. WHAT THE APP DOES • Record a meeting, even with the screen off and locked. • Automatically resumes after a network outage: the recording remains on the device until it is received, and resumes automatically when the connection is restored. • Upload an audio file already recorded with another device. • Transcribe the recording with speaker identification, then generate the minutes. • Deliver the minutes by email to the address you specify. WHO IS IT FOR? For secretaries, administrators, and managers who need to produce accurate minutes after each meeting and who prefer to listen to the meeting rather than take notes. CONFIDENTIALITY Your audio is transcribed on our own servers, located in Quebec. Once the minutes are generated, the recording is automatically deleted. The minutes and their transcript are then deleted after the period specified in our privacy policy. No advertising, no tracking, no account creation required: you simply enter an email address.
