About
Saudi eSIM is a prepaid data plan for Hajj, Umrah and Saudi travel that you install on your phone before you leave the United States. The moment you land in Jeddah or Medina, 5G data is working: your group chat, the official permit app, maps between your hotel and the rest of the city, and the first video call home from Mecca. Why a Saudi eSIM: • US carrier international day passes for Saudi Arabia are billed per day, and a two-week Umrah or a three-week Hajj adds up fast. Saudi eSIM is one fixed-price purchase. • No airport SIM counter line while you are in ihram and juggling luggage. • Your US number stays active: WhatsApp, bank codes and calls stay on your regular line, internet runs on the Saudi eSIM. • 4G/LTE on Saudi networks, with 5G where the network offers it, in Mecca, Medina, Jeddah and Riyadh. • See remaining data live in the app and top up without reinstalling. Where it works: • Mecca: the city centre, Aziziyah and the hotels in between • Medina: the city centre, Quba and Uhud • Jeddah: King Abdulaziz International Airport (JED), the Corniche • Staying in touch with your group on the way from city to city • Riyadh, Dammam, Taif and AlUla for business trips or a longer stay after the pilgrimage How it works: • Choose a plan for the length of your stay and pay with Google Pay or a card. • Scan the QR code or install the eSIM inside the app. Your phone must support eSIM and be carrier-unlocked; check compatibility in the app before buying. • When you arrive in Saudi Arabia, turn on data roaming and the phone connects automatically. Plans: • Saudi Arabia only, a Gulf regional plan, or a world plan for layovers in Doha, Istanbul or Dubai. • Fixed data packs in several sizes, and day passes you set anywhere from 1 to 30 days. • Unlimited option: after the daily high-speed allowance, speed is reduced but you stay connected. • Top up from the app while the eSIM still has time on it, whatever plan it carries; once that time is up it takes no more. It works as a second line, so your number does not change. Who it is for: • Umrah travelers from New York, New Jersey, Chicago, Houston, Dallas, Detroit and Los Angeles • Hajj groups traveling with licensed US tour operators • Families accompanying elderly parents who need to stay reachable • Group leaders, guides and travel agencies • Business travelers to Riyadh, Jeddah or Dammam Support and legal: Support: support@saudiesim.app Published by Bilpp OÜ; details at saudiesim.app. Privacy: https://saudiesim.app/privacy Terms: https://saudiesim.app/termsRead more
