My Folio Voice : AI Notes

My Folio Voice is the microphone you already carry. Hold record and talk, and the note lands in the day it happened, gets transcribed, takes a title and a short summary, and files itself into one of your own folders. It is also the phone half of My Folio, the handwriting notebook for tablets. Pair the two with a six-digit code and they are the same book: something you talk into on the street is sitting on today's page by the time you sit down. NO FOLDERS, NO ACCOUNT There is no sign-up, no email and no password. My Folio Voice makes a notebook for the device you are on and starts working. Each note lands in its day, and the months you have written fill in down the rail beside it. There is no folder tree to build, and none to keep up. TALK, OR TYPE Hold record and speak, or type a note on the same page. The recording attaches to the note, is transcribed, and the transcript is searchable with everything else you have written. IT FILES ITSELF A note takes a title, a short summary and one of your own folders, chosen to match what you said. You named nothing and filed nothing. THE PLAN SITS BESIDE THE PAGE Morning, midday, afternoon and evening, with to-dos you can add yourself or have your notebook add for you. SEARCH, THEN ASK Search looks through what you typed and what you were transcribed saying. Search is free and never counts against your AI actions. Ask Folio goes further: ask a question of everything in your book and the answer comes back from your own notes, with the dates it drew from. TWO APPS, ONE NOTEBOOK My Folio on your tablet is the notebook, with handwriting, PDF import and export. My Folio Voice on your phone is the microphone. Pair them once with a six-digit code. If the joining device already had notes of its own, they move across into the shared book rather than being replaced. Unpair a device and it starts a fresh notebook; every note stays on the devices you kept. YOUR NOTES STAY YOURS Connect Google Drive, Dropbox or OneDrive for a nightly one-way backup that saves each note as a PDF in a My Folio folder. One row in Settings erases every note and recording from our servers. Your notes are never used to train models, never sold, and never used for advertising. PRICING Recording, typing, the planner and search are free. The free plan includes 25 AI actions a month. Starter and Pro subscriptions raise that: Starter for everyday use, and Pro with no monthly limit (fair use applies). Prices are shown in the app, in your currency. A subscription that lapses only puts you back on the free plan; no note turns read-only. WHAT COUNTS AS AN AI ACTION Transcribing a recording, and asking your notebook a question. Typing, planning and searching never count, and the title, summary and folder a note gets afterwards are free. BEFORE YOU START Your notebook lives on our servers and the app holds a live connection to it, so My Folio Voice is not built for long stretches offline. There is no version history yet: if you delete a note, it is deleted. Handwriting and PDF export live in My Folio on the tablet, not here.
