Paupe: Your AI Chief of Staff

Paupe is the AI Chief of Staff for barbers, stylists, and independent service pros. It doesn't wait for bookings — it creates them. Your own local textable number answers clients 24/7, fills the gaps a cancellation leaves behind, and remembers every client's history so nothing falls through the cracks. Less chasing. More cutting. WHAT PAUPE DOES FOR YOU Fills your calendar Paupe replies to every client message day or night, checks your real availability, and books the appointment while you're still on the chair. No back-and-forth. No missed messages at 2am. Fills cancellations automatically When someone cancels or no-shows, Paupe offers the freed slot to the clients most likely to take it, ranked by their history and preferences, so the gap closes itself instead of costing you the day. Keeps clients coming back Paupe notices when a regular is overdue and reaches out before they drift somewhere else. It remembers their usual service, their rhythm, and the details that make people feel known. Handles every message Unlimited AI replies with no per-message fees. Paupe answers questions, reschedules, and confirms, and escalates to you only when it genuinely needs a human. Never lets you forget Smart reminders and follow-ups go out on their own, so you stop being your own admin department. YOUR OWN TEXTABLE NUMBER Clients text a real local number. Paupe answers in your voice, in English or Spanish, and books straight into your calendar.
