About

Valve Lookup is an offline reference for valve face-to-face and centre-to-face dimensions, ASME B16.34 pressure-temperature ratings and valve materials — 413 dimension rows, each traceable to a named public source. Part of the Weldbook AI family from Appalachian Integrity LLC. Free to download, and free to use for 14 days from first launch — no account, no sign-in, no card. After that the app locks until you enter a separately purchased one-time licence key, which unlocks it for good. The app has no purchase flow: no in-app purchases, no subscription, no ads. A key is checked on your own phone, offline, and is never sent anywhere. What's inside: - Gate: short pattern Class 150 (NPS 1/2-24) and Class 300 (NPS 2-12 from two sources; NPS 1/2-1-1/2 and NPS 14-24 from one source, marked in the app); long pattern Class 300 (NPS 14-24), Class 600 (NPS 1/2-24), Class 900 and 1500 (NPS 1-24), Class 2500 (NPS 1/2-12). - Globe: long (regular) pattern, Class 150 (NPS 1/2-18), 300 (NPS 1/2-20), 600 (NPS 1/2-12). No short-pattern globe table: no trustworthy public source was found. - Ball: long pattern, Class 150/300/600, NPS 1/2-24. - Butterfly: wafer/lug (ISO 5752 / EN 558-1 series 20) and double flanged (EN 558-1 series 13), NPS 1-1/2-24, class-independent at Class 150 and 300. - Swing check: Class 150 (NPS 1/2-24), 300 (NPS 2-24), 600 (NPS 1/2-24). - Plug: Class 150 (NPS 2-20), 300 and 600 (NPS 2-24), 900 (NPS 2-16); each row labelled with its pattern (short, short/venturi, regular, regular/venturi or venturi). - Control: globe-style face-to-face per ANSI/ISA-75.08.01 — short pattern Class 150 and 300, long pattern Class 600, NPS 1/2-16 — plus angle centre-to-face at Class 150/300/600, NPS 1-8. - ASME B16.34 standard-class pressure-temperature ratings, Class 150 through 2500, for carbon steel WCC, alloy steel WC6 and stainless CF8M and CF3M. A dash means no published rating at that temperature, not a missing number. - Valve materials: body groups with ASTM specs and grades, API trim numbers and seat types. - Two tools: a pressure-temperature lookup that says whether its answer is a published point or an interpolation, and a drop-in replacement check comparing two face-to-face lengths against your allowed difference. - A "Where these numbers came from" screen naming all 23 public sources, what each covers and when it was read. Millimetres are the published figures throughout. Inch figures are published wherever a source prints them — 281 of the 413 rows — the rest are converted and marked. Any value only one source supports carries a dagger, and where sources disagreed the row is left out rather than guessed. Switch between inch/psi and mm/bar any time. Optionally, open a document you already own on this device: the app reads it here, keeps only the face-to-face numbers it recognises, and uploads nothing. Every value is reference only. Confirm every dimension and rating against the current edition of the standard, the project specification and the manufacturer data sheet that govern your work before you rely on it for design, purchase, fabrication or inspection. Standards get revised; the app does not certify current-edition compliance. This app is not affiliated with, endorsed by or licensed by ASME, API, ISO or ISA, or by any manufacturer or distributor in its source list. They publish the standards; the names describe only what the data covers. No standards text or figure is reproduced. Valve Lookup collects no data. It declares no network permission and makes no calls to us or anyone else. No analytics, no ads, no account, no advertising ID. Your unit preference, licence key, trial dates and record of accepting the Terms stay on your device. Built by Appalachian Integrity LLC, a Virginia inspection and engineering-documentation company, for inspectors, pipefitters, welders and engineers who need a face-to-face number at the tailgate.Read more
