DynaCare is the patient app for Dynamic Health Institute, a telehealth medical practice. It is for people who are already patients. If you are not a patient yet, start at dynamichealthinstitute.com. EVERYTHING IN ONE PLACE Messages. Write to your care team and read their replies in a secure inbox. A notification tells you a message arrived without showing anything about your health on the lock screen. Orders. See what has been ordered for you, what has shipped, and where it is. Appointments. See upcoming visits and what to do before them. Your profile. Keep your contact details and shipping address current. BUILT AROUND A MEDICAL RECORD Sign in with a passkey using your face or fingerprint, so there is no password to remember or reuse. Turn on the app lock and the app asks for your face or fingerprint each time you open it. Your face and fingerprint never leave your phone. The app carries no advertising and no third-party tracking, and it does not keep a copy of your medical record on your phone. ABOUT PAYMENTS Visits, lab work, memberships and medications are real-world medical services and goods. Billing is handled outside the app through our payment processor. There are no in-app purchases. IMPORTANT DynaCare is not for emergencies. If you have a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. The app does not provide medical advice.
