Patrol Scan

Patrol Scan is the simple way to prove the patrol happened and the maintenance was done — with GPS, NFC or QR codes on the inspector's phone, and everything live for the owner and supervisors. START TODAY, BUY NOTHING • GPS-only mode: checkpoints are spots on the map. Use the phones your team already has. • Record a round: walk the building and tap "Mark checkpoint here" at each stop. The route is ready. • Prefer tags? NFC and QR codes work too — the owner chooses the capture modes for each place. PROVEN PATROLS • Guided rounds with the next stop, distance, direction and progress ("4 of 9"). • GPS accuracy control and fake-location blocking. • Device and server time, altered-clock alerts and deletions that leave a trace. • Rounds programmed by weekday, with reminders for the inspector and missed-round alerts. • Works offline: records are kept and upload by themselves when the connection is back. MAINTENANCE ON SCHEDULE • A ready maintenance plan with the 30 essential items of a building (extinguishers, hydrants, water tank, pumps, generator, elevators and more), with suggested frequencies — switch on, adjust, done. • Tasks with a deadline (one day or a period) and recurring tasks: daily, weekly, monthly or yearly. • Maintenance calendar and automatic escalation of overdue tasks. INCIDENTS AND SOS • Occurrence log with photo, category and severity — nobody can edit it afterwards. • SOS button (Profissional and Completo plans): the owner and supervisors instantly get the name, message and GPS position of whoever asked for help. REPORTS FOR THE BOARD • PDF report (with your logo on the Completo plan), by period, by inspector and by the events you choose. • Authenticity QR code on every report. • Weekly coverage map and an optional daily e-mail summary. TEAM • Owner, supervisors and inspectors with their own permissions. The team joins by invitation (e-mail or QR code) and pays nothing. • Several places (buildings, blocks, gates), each with its own logo and colors in the app. • Shift schedule, tasks with conversations and spreadsheet import. • Sign in with a passkey or fingerprint/face unlock (optional) and two-step verification. PLANS Essencial, Profissional and Completo, by team size and number of places. 14-day free trial.
