Teorema Uptime

Teorema Uptime is the service time tracking application for the Teorema ERP system. With it, operators can record the time each service took on Work Orders (OS) and Maintenance Work Orders (OSM) directly from their mobile phone or tablet, right from the workplace. HOW IT WORKS • Choose the OS or OSM from the list of open documents, searching by number, client, or equipment. • Select the service and the operator and tap start: the time starts counting immediately. • When finished, finalize the entry by stating the reason for the stoppage and adding a note, if needed. • Track all ongoing entries on a single screen, with the time running and sorted according to your choice. WORKS WITHOUT INTERNET No signal in the workshop or field? Teorema Uptime starts and finishes entries even offline. Everything is saved on the device and automatically sent to the ERP as soon as the connection returns. The schedules follow the server's clock, so the recorded time is reliable even if the device's clock is incorrect. MADE FOR EVERYDAY USE • Direct integration with the Teorema ERP: time entries arrive in the system without manual typing. • Change of company and database without re-registering the device. • Offline access with the same username and password as the last access. • Layout adapted for mobile phones and tablets.
