Knowing what's happening on the factory floor in real time is a challenge for any industry. The O.P. Theorem brings control of Production Orders directly to the operator's cell phone — recording in real time everything that happens on the line: who produced it, how much was consumed, what broke, why it stopped, and when it was finished. Upon opening the app, the operator sees the processes assigned to them. By selecting one, they access the ongoing Production Orders and enter the order they will be working on. From there, everything is recorded by the cell phone. Production and Consumption To start, the operator enters the machine, the workday, and the status — and the recording begins with the exact time. Progress is visible in real time: quantity produced, pending, and percentage completed, with production hours and downtime hours calculated automatically. Material consumption is recorded item by item, by barcode scanning or manual selection, with batch control and a complete history of each movement. Breakdowns, Losses, and Stoppages When an item is damaged, the operator records the reason, the batch number, and takes a mandatory photo—which is linked to the system record. Machine stoppages follow the same principle: one touch starts, another ends, and the accumulated time appears in the order statistics. The reasons for stoppage are configurable by the company. Composition, Warehouse, and Finalization The composition screen shows all the items that make up the work order with their quantities, and allows adjusting or replacing an item before recording consumption. When material is missing, the operator requests it directly from the warehouse via the app. Upon completion, if there is an outstanding balance, the system offers the option to automatically generate a new work order with the remainder—without needing to create it manually. Each order has a complete timeline of events, identifying who did what and when, ensuring total traceability of the production cycle.
