About
Everyone deserves space to breathe. Breath Body is a quiet, simple breathing guide you can feel. Lie down, rest your phone on your chest, and let gentle haptics, soft sound and warm light lead you into slow, steady breathing. No screen to watch, no voice talking at you. Just a rhythm to follow. TWO WAYS TO BREATHE Lying Down: Rest your phone face-up on your chest. A soft glow lights the ceiling above you, and the phone swells gently with each breath. Lift the phone to pause, and set it back down to carry on. Handheld: Hold your phone loosely and watch soft shapes move with your breath. They respond to how you tilt and touch the phone. A RHYTHM BUILT FOR CALM Each breath follows a simple pattern: four counts in, four counts out, then a short rest. That rest at the end of the out-breath is where your body slows down. Choose a pace from 4 to 7 breaths a minute and a session length from 1 to 10 minutes. MAKE IT YOURS • Haptics: a gentle swell you feel rather than hear, with adjustable strength • Sound: choose a low heartbeat, soft heartbeat, felt drum, wooden knock or breath sound • Light: a warm glow, from dim to bright Use any combination, or just one. NO SCORES. NO STREAKS. When you finish, Breath Body tells you how long you breathed and sends you on your way. No ratings, no streaks, no badges, no guilt. Breathing isn't a performance. PAY ONCE. THAT'S IT. One purchase, yours forever. No subscriptions, no in-app purchases, no ads and no accounts. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Breath Body collects no data. Your phone's motion sensors are used only during a session, on your device, and nothing is ever sent anywhere. Breath Body is a relaxation tool, not a medical device. It doesn't diagnose, treat or monitor any condition.Read more
