About

Make room for the things you want to do, one small step at a time. Stride brings your reading, workouts, learning, and daily questions into a simple native dashboard. Set a daily goal, record what you did, and see how your progress adds up. YOUR DAILY RHYTHM • Track books, workout routines, learning plans, and questions. • Choose your own daily targets and units: pages, minutes, questions, or something else. • Add dated check-ins and notes about what you worked on. • See today's completed goals, seven-day charts, and check-in history. • Use native iOS navigation, system text sizing, and light or dark appearance. YOUR PROGRESS, YOUR FILE Stride stores your habits in a CSV file on your device. There is no account to create, no advertising, and no backend habit database. Export a backup through Files, or work with your data in a spreadsheet. You can manually import the Stride CSV into Google Sheets, edit it, then download and import it back. Google Sheets sync is not automatic; imports replace the current data after confirmation. Start with your own habits or explore optional sample data. Keep a separate CSV backup before deleting the app or changing devices. A little better, every day.Read more
