Kjørebok ENK: Mileage Tracker

Kjørebok ENK is a mileage log for people in Norway who use their own car in a sole proprietorship (enkeltpersonforetak), and for employees paid a mileage allowance (kilometergodtgjørelse). It logs your business driving through the year, keeps track of tolls, ferries and parking, and builds a report your accountant can use. A mileage log is the best documentation you have of how much you have driven for your business. Kjørebok ENK makes it easy to keep it as you go. LOG YOUR TRIPS • Tap “Start trip” when you drive, and the app measures the distance with GPS. • If you allow location access “Always”, the app logs trips automatically, also when it is closed. New trips wait under “Unclassified” until you have looked at them. • Add a trip by hand with address search, date and kilometres. • Make a return trip or repeat a trip you drive often with one tap. • A trip in progress shows on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island. MARK AND EXPLAIN • Mark each trip as business, private or commute with one swipe. • Write the purpose of the trip and link it to a customer and a project. • The app suggests a category from places and times, but you always confirm it yourself. • Supplements for passengers, trailer and forest or construction roads. TOLLS, FERRIES AND PARKING • Add expenses to a trip and take a photo of the receipt. • Expenses are listed separately in the report, since the per-km rate does not cover them. ODOMETER • Read the odometer, and the app compares it with the trips you have logged. • A difference can be recorded as private driving, so the log and the odometer agree. • A monthly reminder to read the odometer. REPORT FOR YOUR ACCOUNTS • PDF and CSV for a month, a quarter, a year or a period of your choice. • The report lists every trip with date, route, purpose and kilometres, the totals for business and private driving, and the line for account 7080. The report itself is in Norwegian. • The rates for 2024, 2025 and 2026 are included. In 2026 the deduction for a private car used in business is NOK 3.50 per km. • The app warns you when business driving approaches 6,000 km in a year, the limit for a business car (yrkesbil), and when business driving is more than half of all driving. • Employee with a mileage allowance? Choose employee mode, and the report shows the state rate and the tax-free part. ON THE HOME SCREEN, IN CONTROL CENTER AND ON YOUR WRIST • Widgets with this month’s business kilometres and the trips waiting for you. • Start and stop a trip from Control Center, with Siri or from Shortcuts. • Apple Watch app: start and stop a trip and see this month’s kilometres. PRIVACY Your trips, routes and receipts are stored on your phone and in your own iCloud, so they move with you to a new phone. There is no account, no advertising and no tracking, and we have no server with your data. Addresses are looked up with Apple. PRICE Free for up to 30 business and commute trips a month. Private driving is always free, and trips over the limit are still saved. With a Pro subscription, monthly or yearly, there is no limit. The subscription renews automatically until you cancel it in your Apple Account settings.
