Mezanto

Mezanto is the mobile app for the staff of hotels that run on Mezanto, the hotel management system. Receptionists and cashiers do their shift from a phone, in step with the hotel's web panel. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Today at a glance: arrivals, departures, guests in house and occupancy • Bookings: search and filter, open a booking, check guests in and out • Walk-ins: find a room that is free for the dates and book it on the spot • Payments: record a payment the guest made at the desk and see what is still owed • Rooms: the live board; mark a room available, being cleaned or under repair • Guests: search the guest list and call a guest with one tap • Cash: the current shift's totals, opening and closing the shift, and its history • Several branches: switch between the branches you work at • Uzbek, Russian and English; light and dark mode WHO IT IS FOR Mezanto accounts are created by the hotel's administrator in the web panel. If your hotel uses Mezanto, ask your administrator for access, then sign in with your phone number or email and your password. Accounts with two-step verification sign in with their authenticator code. The app does not store guests' personal data on the phone. All traffic is encrypted.
