Ebb: Minimalist Launcher

Ebb turns your iPhone into a calmer, quieter place. iOS doesn't let apps replace the Home Screen, so Ebb builds one from widgets: your apps as plain text on a wallpaper that matches the widgets exactly, plus simple clocks and progress widgets. No icons, no badges, nothing shouting for your attention. APP WIDGETS • Up to 6 apps per widget, shown as plain text • Tap to open an app directly • Apps you pick can go through a mindful pause first WIDGETS • Clock: digital or analog, with an optional date and day progress bar • Year: progress through today, this week, month or year, as a percent, bar, dots, ring or countdown • Life: how much of an average life has passed, or is left • Time Saved: the hours you've taken back from apps you let go and focus sessions • Weather: current conditions from Apple Weather • Spacer: an empty block for laying out your Home Screen ONE COLOR, EVERYWHERE Pick a color for Ebb and every widget, then save a matching wallpaper to Photos. Midnight and Paper are built in, along with presets and custom colors. MINDFUL PAUSE Before a distracting app opens, take a short breathing countdown and, if you like, answer "what's this for?". Often, you'll let it go. FOCUS AND BLOCKING Using Screen Time, Ebb can block apps when you need it to: • Work periods that block everything except the apps you allow • Focus sessions, with a strict mode • Nightly wind-down • Daily limits • "Take a breath" on the block screen unlocks an app for a few minutes INSIGHTS See your opens, let-gos, streaks and the reasons you gave, for the last 30 days. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Everything stays on your iPhone. No accounts, no servers, no analytics. EBB PLUS A one-time purchase that unlocks 8 app widgets (2 are free) and extra clock styles: Stacked, Words and Day Ring.
