Kickoff is for the hardest part: Starting. One tap and you're in a focus session. No projects, no setup, no backlog. If naming the thing helps, name it. If not, just start. A timer you can feel Twist the glowing ring like a real kitchen timer to set your minutes. Time stays visible as a shrinking shape everywhere: on your phone, the lock screen, the Dynamic Island, your home screen widget, StandBy, and your wrist. The last seconds can tick out loud, in a voice you pick. Just 2 minutes The smallest possible start, and you can make it 1, 3, 5, or 10. When the tiny timer ends, Kickoff asks if you want to keep going. Stopping counts too. Interruptions are normal "I got pulled away" holds your place with a note to future you.
