Colony Routine: Ant Farm

Discover a new level of care for your formicariums with an autonomous, offline tool crafted specifically for antkeepers. The app transforms chaotic daily routines into a structured, well-thought-out system, ensuring every colony gets professional-grade tracking without needing an internet connection. All your data, charts, and activity logs remain strictly on your device, providing instant access anytime and anywhere. At its core, the app delivers deep operational tracking that eliminates forgotten tasks and common keeping errors. It automatically generates a personalized daily schedule of micro-steps for each formicarium—reminding you to hydrate nest blocks, supply protein or carbohydrate food, and clean arenas. You'll never miss a feeding window or critical hydration cycle, while quick inline controls let you log completed tasks in seconds. For keepers who want to monitor real progress, the app offers detailed caste-by-caste population tracking. Keep precise records of every development stage—from eggs, larvae, and pupae to workers, soldiers, and queens. Clear visual charts display growth dynamics over months, brood-to-adult ratios, and the overall health status of your colonies. Special care is given to the most critical stage: winter hibernation. The built-in algorithmic phase calculator creates a step-by-step timeline for gradual temperature changes tailored to specific ant species. Guided preparation checklists and environmental logs ensure your colony transitions through diapause safely without risking the queen or brood. With a neat, paginated interface designed to keep screen layouts clean and focused, caring for your formicarium becomes a streamlined, enjoyable, and rewarding hobby.
