Enough

Enough adds a moment to think before using distracting apps. Choose the apps you want to protect using Apple's Screen Time controls. When you open a blocked app, Enough shows your personal message and a Dismiss button. If you still want access, open Enough yourself, tap Unblock, wait, then confirm Unblock to begin a timed session. You decide when to close Enough and open your chosen app. MAKE THE PAUSE YOURS • Choose a wait from 1 to 60 seconds. • Set any whole-minute session from 1 to 480 minutes. • Write your own countdown question and block-screen message. • Use a black or white countdown theme, with an optional personal photo. • Adjust the photo's crop, strength and grayscale. • Choose English or Ukrainian in settings. KEEP TRACK OF YOUR SESSION A Live Activity can show the time remaining on the Lock Screen and supported Dynamic Island. Your session starts when you confirm Unblock and continues while you switch apps or lock your phone. End it early from Enough whenever you choose. One session temporarily opens the entire group of apps, categories and websites you selected. iOS manages background protection and may delay its expiry callback. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your settings, photos and choice history are stored on your device. No account, ads, subscriptions or analytics service. Clear your choice history or remove your photo in settings. Device backups are controlled by your iPhone settings. Enough is free. Screen Time permission is required for protection. No Instagram automation or other Shortcut is needed. Requires iOS 17 or later.
