Keep a clear record of business expenses and sales in a manual ledger designed for small business owners. Record expenses as paid or unpaid, add sales and collections, and review operating cashflow for a chosen period. Photograph or choose a receipt, check the recognized details, and save the expense on your device. Export a CSV or HTML summary, or create a ZIP backup that you can save through Files. Your ledger, on your device - No account or cloud sync is required. - Receipt text recognition runs on the device. - Records are stored locally. Exports and backups are created only when you request them and are sent to the destination you choose. A practical daily ledger - Record expenses and whether they have been paid, with a separate full-payment day and method. - Keep bill dates separate from payment dates; older estimated payment days are labeled and can be corrected. - Record sales, due dates, and dated collections. - See unpaid, overdue and due-soon records, including what is due in the next seven days. - Mark an open sale fully received with its payment date and method. - Reuse a familiar merchant or customer name, duplicate an entry, or prepare a copy for next month. - Review received sales, paid expenses, refunds, and provider fees in operating cashflow. - Search and filter your records, and review daily, monthly, quarterly or financial-year periods. - Prepare a payment reminder and choose where to share it. The app does not send or schedule messages automatically. - Export CSV or HTML and create or restore a portable ZIP backup. - See when your last backup archive was created. Backups are manual and must be saved to a destination you choose. Operating cashflow is received sales minus paid expenses, refunds, and provider fees. It is not accounting profit. The app does not calculate tax or convert amounts between currencies. V1 is English-only. It does not provide inventory, payroll, tax filing, bank feeds, payment processing, supplier-credit balances, or batch settlement matching.
