Unloop: Doomscroll Blocker

Unloop helps you scroll less without fighting yourself. Meet Mo, who lives on your phone and feels every minute you spend in the apps that pull you in. Stay within your budget and Mo glows. Scroll past it and Mo melts a little. No shame, no lectures, just a friend who notices. HOW IT WORKS • Give the apps that steal your time a daily budget. When it's gone, the shield comes up, even mid-scroll. • Every so often Mo checks in: still on purpose? • Want back in? Tell Mo why. Replying to someone opens right away, something specific takes one breath, and boredom gets a real pause and a better idea. • Messaging apps can stay open, even inside a blocked category. MADE FOR REAL LIFE • Sleep pass: fall asleep to a podcast or video without opening your feeds. • Focus sessions: shut everything you choose with one tap, from the app or with Siri and Shortcuts. • Schedules: a wind-down shield at night, a slow morning without your phone. • Streaks with freezes, so one rough day doesn't erase a good week. SEE WHAT YOU GOT BACK • Your Screen Time, privately on your iPhone. • A time bank that turns saved minutes into chapters read and hours slept. • Postcards from Mo on good days, and a weekly letter about how it went. UNLOOP+ The core stays free: Mo, one shield with a daily budget, the sleep pass and postcards. Unloop+ adds unlimited shields, strict shields and typed intentions, a lock against deleting the app, focus up to 3 hours or "everything except" mode, your full history with a monthly letter, a new postcard series every month, a streak freeze every week and riso editions of the app icon. PRIVACY Unloop is built on Apple's Screen Time API. Which apps you use never leaves your iPhone, not even we can see it. No account, no ads, no tracking. Unloop+ is billed to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel them in your account settings.
