TalentCrew Perniagaan

For business owners. If you are looking for work, download the TalentCrew app. TalentCrew Perniagaan helps restaurants, cafés, shops and other local businesses in Terengganu hire people who live nearby, from your phone. What you can do: • Advertise part-time or full-time vacancies, with the pay, the shift hours and the branch. • See the applicants for each vacancy, and the candidates who match its hours and location. • Open a candidate's profile: their district, how they travel to work, when they are free, the dates they are not available, and any certificates they uploaded. • Update the status of every application, from shortlisted to hired. • Message applicants in the app, or contact them on WhatsApp if they gave a number. You can report and block anyone. • Share your vacancy on WhatsApp, and print a QR code for your business page to put up in the shop. • Record how the work went after you hire someone. • Manage your business profile: logo, cover photo, description and branches. • Get notified when a new application or message arrives. Business review: Every new business is checked by a person, against its SSM registration number, before its first vacancy goes live. You can prepare vacancies while you wait and publish them as soon as the check is done. Your SSM number is never shown publicly. Your account: Register your business at talentcrew.my, then sign in to the app with email, Google or Apple. You can delete your account, your business and all its vacancies at any time from the Account page in the app. TalentCrew is not an employment agency. We publish your vacancies to local people, and are not part of any hiring or agreement between you and your staff. Complying with employment law stays your responsibility as the employer.
