About
TripMates is a notebook for one trip. Five tabs take the days from home to the journal: Home, Plan, Places, Budget, Journal. The interface is English. Data stays on this device. Change a stop, a place, an expense, or a journal note, and the day and the remaining budget update. This is a record tool. The plan, the spending, and the yen conversion come from what you enter. The weather card and the rate card use sample figures. The phone does not book travel, read a forecast, or send a payment. 01 Home Open the home desk (the greeting reads GOOD MORNING, ALEX). Search trips, places, or notes, or start a new trip. The toolkit opens trip ideas, travel crew, a packing list, document notes, a Kyoto weather card, a yen converter, and a safety note. The sample trip is Kansai in Spring. 02 Plan Open the Kansai plan (Japan · Kyoto, Apr 10 – Apr 18, 9 days). Read the day-by-day stops. The sample includes breakfast near Kyoto Station, Kiyomizu-dera, Fushimi Inari, and dinner in Pontocho. Add a stop, and mark it booked or visited. 03 Places Open places. Read saved spots near the route, with a rating and an area. Save or unsave a place and keep your own note. The open-now line on a card is sample text, not a live hours lookup. 04 Budget Open spending. The sample budget is ¥32,000, with lunch, temple admission, a transit card, and a Kyoto hotel already entered. Change the budget, add an expense, and mark it paid by You or Mia. The remainder is the budget minus the amounts you entered. The split card is a sample note. It does not send money. 05 Journal Open the travel journal (Kansai · April 2026). Write where you were, how the day felt, and a short story, then mark a memory as a favorite. Notes stay on this device. For a personal plan and spending record. Lists, budgets, and journal notes are yours. They do not replace a booking, a weather forecast, a live exchange rate, or a payment.Read more
