About
One exercise. One small number. Every day. One Move does one thing: it makes today's exercise obvious, and it makes finishing it feel good. Pick push-ups, squats, a plank, a walk, a stretch — or anything you like — set a number you'd still do on a bad day, and go. WHY THIS ONE WORKS WHEN THE OTHERS DIDN'T Your progress can't be taken away. A 30-day challenge here means 30 days of actually doing it — not 30 perfect calendar days. Miss a day and the finish line moves out by one. It never moves backwards, and the app never tells you you failed. Protected days cover real life. Every challenge comes with a few protected days built in. Miss one and your run quietly survives it — no decisions, no begging, no in-app purchase. Forgot to tap? Fix it. If yesterday went unlogged, one tap puts it back and hands your protected day back too. Your number, not a table's. Most single-exercise apps hand you a progression chart and let you fall behind it. Here the number is yours. You can raise it, and lowering it is not failing — a number you keep beats a number you admire. WHAT'S IN IT • Push-ups, squats, plank, sit-ups, lunges, pull-ups, glute bridges, calf raises, wall sit, dead hang, jumping jacks, jump rope, walking, stretching, mobility, yoga — or add your own • Count in reps, seconds or minutes, or just mark the day done • 7, 21, 30, 60 or 100-day goals • A progress grid that fills up, and a streak that doesn't rule you • One gentle daily reminder. Optional evening nudge, only if the day's still open • Home screen and Lock Screen widgets — mark today done without opening the app • Optional slow ramp if you want the number to grow • Full dark mode, Dynamic Type and VoiceOver support • No account. No feed. No ads. Your data stays on your device. A NOTE ON SAFETY One Move tracks a habit; it doesn't prescribe one. Choose a movement that suits your body, start smaller than you think you need to, and stop if something hurts. It is not medical or fitness advice, and no exercise is right for everyone. One exercise. One small number. Every day.
One Move does one thing: it makes today's exercise obvious, and it makes
finishing it feel good. Pick push-ups, squats, a plank, a walk, a stretch — or
anything you like — set a number you'd still do on a bad day, and go.
WHY THIS ONE WORKS WHEN THE OTHERS DIDN'T
Your progress can't be taken away. A 30-day challenge here means 30 days of
actually doing it — not 30 perfect calendar days. Miss a day and the finish
line moves out by one. It never moves backwards, and the app never tells you
you failed.
Protected days cover real life. Every challenge comes with a few protected
days built in. Miss one and your run quietly survives it — no decisions, no
begging, no in-app purchase.
Forgot to tap? Fix it. If yesterday went unlogged, one tap puts it back and
hands your protected day back too.
Your number, not a table's. Most single-exercise apps hand you a progression
chart and let you fall behind it. Here the number is yours. You can raise it,
and lowering it is not failing — a number you keep beats a number you admire.

A NOTE ON SAFETY
One Move tracks a habit; it doesn't prescribe one. Choose a movement that
suits your body, start smaller than you think you need to, and stop if
something hurts. It is not medical or fitness advice, and no exercise is right
for everyone.
Just this one thing today.
