Instead of late-evening texts, phone calls in the middle of the lunch rush and orders on scraps of paper, everything sits in one place — and the bakery sees it straight away. ORDER WHEN YOU HAVE TIME Place your order when your day ends, not when the bakery picks up the phone. Browse the whole range with photos, ingredients and what is left. STANDING ORDERS ON YOUR DAYS Same basket every Monday to Thursday? Set it up once. Choose exactly which weekdays it runs — not "weekly", but which days. You can keep several side by side, say one for weekdays and one for the weekend. ORDER AHEAD Pick any future delivery date. Plan for a weekend, a holiday or a closing day without having to remember to call. SEND A NOTE WITH IT Add a note to the whole order or to a single line — "sliced please", "baked a little darker", "leave it at the back door". The note travels all the way through to the bakery's printed sheets. SEE WHAT IS NEW New products are gathered together, so you find them without reading through the whole list. Placing an order needs an account, which the bakery sets up for you. GETTING STARTED Contact Bonne Femme and they will create an account for your café. You get a username and a password, and can start ordering the same day. The app is built for business customers. It contains no advertising, no analytics and no tracking, and all information is held on the bakery's own server inside the EU.
