HPviro

HPviro integrates daily task execution and financial records into a single workbook. Users can set dates, planned quantities, and difficulty weights for tasks, log actual completion figures, and specify reasons for any incomplete work. Performance scores are calculated based on the weighted workload of completed tasks; while actual quantities are retained for over-achievement, scores are capped at 100%. The ledger links income, expenses, and receipt photos to specific tasks, allowing users to view categorized breakdowns and net financial balances. The trends page displays a comparison of daily performance scores and task volumes over the past seven or thirty days; no scores are generated for days without planned tasks. Monthly reports summarize planned and completed tasks, weighted execution rates, reasons for incompletion, and monthly finances, with the option to switch months to track changes over time.
