About

Batch Horizon Grade keeps glycol production records organized in one local workspace. Create production runs with batch, train, feed, reactor, and grade information. Keep core run details together so each record is easier to review later. Add dated operating logs for activity recorded during a production run. Store feed-rate values with the unit used when each log was created. Record process notes beside the operating data they describe. Save product-output values for later comparison across runs and grades. Track runtime while preserving the unit entered with the saved record. Keep throughput records together with their original saved units. Each operating log keeps a snapshot of the related run details at that time. Review earlier logs without changing the information originally saved. Calculate yield only when saved product and feed values use a matching basis. Avoid unsupported yield comparisons when the stored measurement basis does not match. Create review reminders for grade checks, operating reviews, and batch follow-up. Add custom reminder notes when a run needs additional attention. Link reminders directly to the production run they belong to. Use historical views to compare saved grade, output, yield, and throughput records. Review operating periods and runtime across completed or ongoing production entries. Search local records to find saved runs, logs, and reminders more quickly. Keep production history available without depending on a network connection. All normal record data remains stored on the device. Batch Horizon Grade does not control equipment or make automatic process decisions. The app does not determine product quality, release status, or plant safety. Use Batch Horizon Grade as a practical record review companion for glycol operations.Read more
