About
Jar Days is a home log for kimchi already in the crock. It is not a recipe feed, not a shop, and not a generic kitchen timer. Each jar holds: • Veg, brine in ml, and a salt note in your own words • A room note, such as a cool windowsill • Jar-in day, flip day, and fridge day When flip day comes, taste the salt. When fridge day comes, move the jar. Alerts stay on this phone. No account. No network. After a taste, mark Light, Just right, or Too salty, and whether kahm film showed. Next time you pack the same veg, Compare lines up brine, days, and that old taste. Brine within 20% is marked close. Days and notes are household experience, not a food-safety certification.Read more
