About
VEXORYFIT is a personal cash-basis ledger for recording, classifying, and reviewing everyday outlays. Post an expenditure in seconds, assign it to a spending category, and keep a running view of monthly cash outflow without linking a bank account. Record principal entries against the current day, then revisit any prior posting to revise the amount, reclassify the category, split a single outlay across two accounts, or strike an entry from the active total. Pin frequent disbursements so recurring items can be posted again with one tap. Set an optional monthly budgetary allowance on each category. Allowances are soft ceilings: when actual expenditure exceeds the limit, VEXORYFIT notes the variance. It does not block a purchase or treat the overage as a breach. Review the month as a stack of daily slips, or open the period summary for category totals against allowance. The Report presents a fuller close: Category allocation of total expenditure, with share of wallet Daily cash-outflow trend across the period Week-over-week comparison inside the month The largest individual postings A written variance report covering month-over-month change, the dominant category, days with no activity, and any allowance overrun A daily reminder can prompt you to complete the day’s ledger. All entries stay on this iPhone. VEXORYFIT is a personal record-keeping tool. It does not provide banking, payment, credit, investment, or tax advice, and it does not connect to a financial institution.Read more
