About

A full day is hard to hold in your head. Tasks sit in one place, habits in another, and the plan for the afternoon is easy to lose. By evening it is unclear what got done and what still matters. Dayfloat keeps that day together on this device. There is no account to create and no analytics. Nothing is filled in for you. The first day starts empty, and you add what belongs to it. Start on Today. Add a task, choose one priority, and mark items done as you finish them. The progress ring shows how much of the day is complete. Habits for the day are on the same screen, and you can check one off as soon as you do it. Upcoming events and a timeline show what is already scheduled. When you want quiet time, open Focus. The length is flexible, and Settings also lets you pick a default of 15, 25, 45, or 60 minutes. You can attach a task to a session and look back at earlier sessions. Before the day ends, write a short reflection. Note what went well, what you accomplished, what needs attention, and what you want for tomorrow. Earlier reflections stay on the device so you can read them later. Use Tasks to search, edit, and organize your list, including categories. Use Plan to place work on the day and see what has no time yet. Open Settings and tap Insights to see this week, including completed tasks, completion, focus time, habits, how your time was split, and the last eight weeks. Reminders are optional. You can remind yourself about a scheduled task, a daily reflection, or habits. When you turn one on, it is scheduled on this device and is not sent to a server. You can also set light or dark appearance, the day the week starts, and your working hours. If you want a clean start, you can delete the saved day from this device. Appearance and preferences stay. Dayfloat is for people who want a simple daily planner. It suits anyone who tracks tasks and habits, uses a focus timer, and likes a short note at the end of the day. Students, people working from a list, and anyone building a steady routine can use it without a complicated system. Your tasks, habits, reflections, and focus sessions remain on this device.Read more
