Every health record for your pet, kept in one place. PetPetLog is one health record per pet: weight, medication, vaccination, deworming, vet visit, symptom, lab result, surgery, dental, photo, document, note and custom events — 13 types in total. Log them and they line up on a timeline automatically. [13 record types, sorted by month] No filing needed. Weight entries show the change since the last one. Medication marks what is in progress and when the next dose is due. Vaccines show the valid-until date. Deworming tracks the next round. Filter by type with one tap. [Weight trend at a glance] A bar chart with the delta written right next to it — gain or loss, no mental math. Useful at check-ups, when adjusting a dose, or when seeing whether a diet plan is working. [Reminders before it is due] Set reminders for medication, vaccines, deworming and follow-ups. Repeat daily, weekly, monthly or yearly. Notifications are local: there is no server, so they fire even offline. Export as PDF or print it and hand it over. The report only summarises what you entered, and states on every page that it is not a medical diagnosis. [Emergency info, where you can find it] Microchip number, allergies, emergency contacts, insurance and current medication live on their own page. Hand the phone to a sitter or an emergency clinic and everything is right there. [Clinics, vets and tags] Save the clinic and vet once, then pick them from any record. Tag records to group them and find them again later. [Your data stays on this device] Records, microchip numbers and photos are stored locally. No account, nothing uploaded to any server. Works offline, works in airplane mode. When you want to take your data elsewhere, export JSON or CSV.
