QuickPickups Driver is the work app for professional drivers who partner with QuickPickups, a private transfer operator based in Barcelona. In one app you receive rides, complete them step by step and keep your payments and invoices up to date. HOW TO JOIN Any professional driver can apply from the app itself, via "Apply for access", or on our website. We review every application and email you the next steps: choosing your tax status, uploading your documents and signing the contract. Once your account is active, you sign in with your email and a 6-digit code. No passwords. RIDES - Requests: rides assigned by your manager, open offers for all drivers and rides sent by a colleague. Before accepting, you see the area and the amount you get. - Schedule with your upcoming rides and your history. - Handoffs: if you cannot cover a ride, send it to a colleague from the app. - New booking: create a ride on the spot with an estimated price. ON THE ROAD - Step-by-step rides: on the way, at the meeting point, passenger on board and completed. Your manager sees progress in real time. - One-tap navigation to the pickup or destination in your maps app. - Call or message the passenger, and show a full-screen welcome sign with their name. - Flight tracking, when enabled, with scheduled, estimated and actual times, plus a new pickup time proposal if the flight changes. - No-show with a countdown and photo proof, which you can complete later from the ride details. - Keep working without coverage: steps are saved and sent automatically when the connection returns. PAYMENTS AND INVOICES - On every ride you know whether the customer has already paid or you collect, in cash or by card. - Payment link with a QR code to share with the customer. - Log extras you collected (waiting time, luggage, stops) with an optional photo. - Offer the customer a discounted return trip with a QR code. - Monthly invoices: review them, confirm them or report an issue, and download the PDF. - Earnings summary for the month and the year. YOUR ACCOUNT - Documents: upload and renew your ID, driver's license, transport license, insurance and vehicle inspection. - Your vehicle details and photos. - Weekly availability and days off. - Driver guide with service protocols. - Inbox and notifications for new rides and changes. - Spanish and English, with a light or dark theme. PRIVACY The app only sends your location while you have an active ride (the one shown in the QP tab) and the app is open, so the QuickPickups team, the passenger and, where applicable, the agency that booked the transfer can follow it. It stops when the ride ends and is never used in the background. The camera is only used when you take a photo (ride proof, documents, vehicle or profile picture).
