The Period Box

The Period Box is the companion app for organisations that operate sanitary napkin vending machines. It gives field staff and administrators one place to register machines, keep them stocked, set pricing, and manage the people who look after them. Built for teams running machines across multiple branches, zones and sites, where everything a user can see and do is controlled by the role they have been given. MACHINES Register new machines and keep their details current. Browse every machine in your scope with its ID, group, software version and configuration. Open any machine to change its variant, display, drop sensor, free vend type, location or group. Check SIM configuration and connectivity. STOCK AND INVENTORY Add or deduct stock for a single machine or many at once. Every change is checked against the machine's own row limit and the owning branch's available in-hand stock, so a machine is never filled from stock that does not exist. Branch Inventory shows totals across branches, stock held inside machines, and in-hand balances, and lets you raise and track stock requests. PRICING AND PAYMENTS Set the price and UPI ID for any machine, with quick presets including free vend. Update pricing across many machines in a single action. RFID Manage balance cards and member groups for machines that dispense against a card. PEOPLE AND PERMISSIONS Create and manage user accounts across a six-level hierarchy, from Super Admin down to Employee. Assign roles, control which modules each role can reach, and assign machines to organisations or individual operators. TRANSACTIONS Review transaction history and reports for the machines in your scope. ACCOUNTS This app is for staff use. There is no public sign-up: your organisation's administrator creates your account and decides which modules and machines you can reach. If you do not have an account, please contact your administrator before installing. Sign-in uses your registered mobile number with a one-time code sent by SMS, or a password where your organisation has set that up. PRIVACY The app does not use your location, camera, microphone, contacts, photos or files. It contains no advertising and no third-party analytics or tracking. Data sent between the app and our servers is encrypted in transit. You can request deletion of your account and personal data at any time; full details are in our privacy policy.
