About
A good cup is hard to brew again once the grams, heat, and minutes are forgotten. Kettli writes those numbers down with the tea, so the next pot can follow the same steep. Each cup can carry a tasting line, a photo, or a short spoken note. The Edit shows those cups and filters them by morning, afternoon, guests, cold, or favorites. Brew times the steep from the saved numbers, then you mark it too light, about right, or too strong. Cabinet shows which tins are open and how much leaf is left. Pair chooses a cup from your notes for the moment you are pouring.Read more
