Properties and tenants * Keep all your properties on a map, with the outline and area of your portfolio. * Track each lessee, lease, lease term and renewal. * See the rent history of each lease: indexations, renewals and manual changes, shown as a chart. * Get reminders before notice deadlines and when an indexation is overdue. Imperium can also email the lessee to confirm an indexation. Invoicing * Create invoices one by one, or prepare a whole month in one batch. * Drafts stay editable. An issued invoice is final and gets a sequential number with no gaps; corrections go through credit notes. * Rent is prorated by the day when it starts, ends or changes mid-month. * Invoices are sent as PDFs through the Mail app, in Dutch, English, German, French or Italian. * Record payments and send reminders. The dashboard shows what’s billed, collected and overdue. Expenses * Add expenses by scanning a paper receipt, importing a file, choosing a photo or typing them in. * Imperium reads the supplier, date, amounts, VAT, IBAN and VAT ID, and checks them before you confirm. * Duplicates are recognised and refused. VAT report * Get a VAT summary per month, quarter or year: VAT charged, VAT incurred, and what’s not included and why. * Export a CSV, plus a package with all invoice PDFs and expense originals for your accountant, or email it straight to the beancounter. Siri * Ask Siri for a status overview, or for your open invoices. From that list you can mark an invoice paid or send a reminder.
