Poem Slip chooses a poem for now based on the 24 solar terms, 72 micro-seasons, holidays, weather, and time of day: Du Mu for Qingming, rain poems when it rains, snow poems when it snows, and a moon-viewing line when the moon is full. Explore more than a thousand works from Tang poetry, Song lyrics, the Book of Songs, Yuan songs, the Analects, the Tao Te Ching, and more. Every poem includes a plain-language translation, notes, and commentary, so it is easy to understand, remember, and read offline. Poems retain their Chinese originals. Plain-language translations, notes and commentary are primarily in Chinese. Selected poems also have English and Japanese content; other interface languages may show available English content.
