About
Money is easy to lose track of. A month can end with no clear record of what came in, what went out, which bills are still ahead, or whether a savings goal moved at all. Notes and spreadsheets get messy. Many money apps also ask for an account, a bank connection, or permission to follow what you do. Quickendeck is a private place to write down your own numbers and see them in one view. It works fully offline. The problem is that income, spending, budgets, bills, and savings usually live in different places, so the full picture stays out of reach. Quickendeck keeps those records together on this device only. There is no account, no server, and no cloud sync. It does not collect personal information, and it does not ask for notifications, contacts, or location. How to use Quickendeck. Add each income or expense with an amount, a date, a category, and a note if you want one. Home shows your current balance, which is total income minus total expenses. It also shows this month income, this month expenses, a spending overview, recent transactions, and upcoming payments. From Home you can add a transaction, open the full list, and review payments or savings goals. Transactions holds every entry. Search, filter by type, category, or date, and sort the list. Open a row to review, edit, or delete it. Budget sets a monthly limit for a category and shows how much is used and how much is left. You can change month, add another budget, and edit one. A category can have one budget for a given month. Savings goals are targets you name yourself. Set the amount you want and the amount already saved, then update it as you put money aside. This does not move money. It only records the target and the progress you enter. Upcoming payments is a list for bills and due dates. You can move the next date forward, or edit and delete a row. It does not send alerts and it does not create a transaction. When you pay, add an expense yourself if you want it in your balance. Reports opens from the Reports button in Settings. Choose a month to see totals and spending by category. Settings also changes appearance, currency, and categories. You can delete all transactions, budgets, goals, payments, and custom categories from this device. Theme and currency stay. Deleting data cannot be undone. Who it is for. Quickendeck is for people who want a simple offline way to record personal income and spending, set monthly budgets, follow savings goals, and keep upcoming payments in view. It suits anyone who prefers to type their own figures instead of linking a bank. It is an organization tool. It is not a bank, a payment service, or a financial advisor, and it does not provide financial, investment, or tax advice.Read more
